Andrew Skrilow serves as a Senior Vice President in the Direct Investment Group of GIC's Private Equity division. GIC was established in 1981 to manage the foreign reserves of Singapore with well in excess of $100 billion under management. Before joining GIC in 2011, Mr. Skrilow was an associate at AEA Investors as part of their mid-market LBO fund, which he joined in 2007. Prior thereto, he was an analyst at JPMorgan Chase investment banking group. Mr. Skrilow received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he was a Siebel Scholar and graduated with distinction as a Wallman Scholar, and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a University Scholar and graduated magna cum laude. Mr. Skrilow currently serves as a board member for Ancestry.com and PetSmart, Inc., and as an observer on the board of Kronos Incorporated.
