David is a Director with Susquehanna Growth Equity. He leads Portfolio Value Creation where he partners with founders and their teams to accelerate growth. Portfolio Value Creation proactively collaborates with portfolio leadership teams on their terms on key strategic, go-to-market, talent-related, and operational topics. He is also responsible for SGE-sponsored community building and events. Before SGE, David was the COO of SAP’s industry-specific, finance, and supply-chain software sales organizations, with functional responsibility for operations, marketing, enablement, and strategic topics. Prior, he was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group working on a variety of growth strategy, pricing, sales force effectiveness, and operational excellence projects. He started his career founding MarchingOrder.com in 1999; a cloud company focused on making graduation ceremonies better for everyone.
