Tali was born and raised in Israel. At the age of 18, she joined the Israeli Navy and served as an HR officer in an elite unit (1999-2001). After her honorable discharge, she earned a double major in Law and accounting from Tel Aviv University. Upon graduation, Tali worked for Yehuda Raveh & Co. Law Offices as a legal apprentice (2005-2006), after which she passed the bar exams Summa Cum Laude to become a certified Israeli lawyer. Afterwards, she worked for Deloitte Israel, as a consultant and an auditor (2007-2009) and became a certified Israeli CPA. During her work at Yehuda Raveh and Deloitte, she completed a Master's degree in Law and established a start-up company with her husband. She joined Chicago Booth in September 2009, to pursue a career in investment banking; she will be spending the summer at HSBC London as a Summer Associate.
