Kat is currently a Manager at The Bridgespan Group in Boston where she helps nonprofit organizations tackle strategic questions and achieve breakthrough results. Kat began her career with naval service, serving as a Supply Officer aboard USS Dwight D. Eisenhower. She began her consulting career at Bain & Company before joining Bridgespan. Kat graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from Harvard and Radcliffe Colleges with a degree in Social Studies. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School where she was a Baker Scholar.
