About

Matt is a member of the View From the Top speaker series leadership team at the Stanford GSB and was also a member of the Distinguished Teaching Award selection committee. While at the GSB, his interests have been focused on energy and entrepreneurship, and this summer he worked at an energy-related start-up company. Prior to the GSB, Matt spent four years working as a management consultant at Bain & Company in Chicago. At Bain, Matt worked on performance improvement initiatives primarily for companies in the real estate and health care industries, and performed due diligence for private equity clients. Matt is a summa cum laude graduate of Northwestern University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering. While at Northwestern, Matt was awarded a Jack Kent Cooke Foundation scholarship for academic and extracurricular excellence. He is a native of Columbus, Ohio.
