Fernando graduated from Yale in 1999 with a B.A. in Economics with honors. He started his career in sales and business development at Trilogy Software. He has been with Bain Capital since 2001, where he has worked on a variety of investments, including venture capital, growth capital, and public equities. Fernando is passionate about children's causes and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
