A 2004 honors graduate of Villanova University, Michael earned his undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in computer science. He was a Barry Goldwater Scholar as well as an inductee of Phi Beta Kappa. Following entry into the Biological Engineering (BE) department in September 2004, he has completed the program core course requirements and qualifying exam process extremely successfully, with a 5.0/5 grade-point average along with six publications of varied authorship contribution (with Professor Dane Wittrup). Michael is an integral part of the BE community, participating as a member of the BE Graduate Student Board and as a student leader during our Recruitment Weekend.
