Stas has worked as Lecturer Assistant at the Technical University of Moldova and as Software Engineer, first at Progesud SRL, then at EDIFECS, Inc. He received his MS degree in Computer Science from UIUC in 2008. Currently, Stas is a PhD student at UIUC and his areas of research interest include program analysis and transformation, software engineering for high performance computing applications, and parallel programming models.
