Ana is currently an employee of the Ericsson Research & Development Center in Madrid, performing system engineering tasks in the area of quality of service and policy control. She has worked in research & development in the data communications field for more than 10 years, including at the IBM Almaden Research Center in California, and at two leading companies in the telecom sector, Telefónica and Ericsson.
