As the leading cause of hospitalization, every year the US healthcare system spends $12B on heart failure hospital stays. Half of all heart failure patients die within four years of diagnosis. Empallo empowers caregivers and patients from discharge to the home environment. Their AI solutions integrate data from EHR systems, implantable devices, and wearables, to help providers optimize care and enable clinicians to intervene in time for patients who present readmission risk.
