Carolyn Kooi is co-president of Stanford’s Challenge for Charity (C4C) chapter, the Marketing Club, and the Basketball Club. A member of GSB's Entrepreneurial Summer Program, she spent the summer at TruSTAR, an early-stage cyber-security company focused on using anonymity to bridge intelligence silos and foster cross-company collaboration. Prior to business school, Carolyn spent three years as a consultant at Parthenon-EY in San Francisco. There, she completed over 40 strategic due diligence and growth strategy projects across a broad set of industries that ranged from mobile payments to energy drinks to charter schools. Carolyn graduated magna cum laude from Middlebury College, majoring in environmental studies with a focus on environmental economics. She is from Lafayette, California.
