About

Fan Zhang is now a Master's Degree Candidate at the Department of Computer Science and Technology in Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. His major research interests include Evaluation and User Modeling of Information Retrieval. He has published several papers in some international conferences, including two first-author papers published in SIGIR, which is a top conference in the research field of information retrieval. He also received the best student paper award of SIGIR2017 and National Scholarship of Tsinghua University in 2017. During the past few years, he has been the leader of a number of research projects. With the ambition to cooperate with other researchers to promote the development of IR together, he is willing to devote himself to research in the field of IR.
