I am a Sr Partner at McKinsey and lead our McKinsey Digital Hubs across North Americas. They host our Core Technology, Digital, Design and Analytics talent. I am also a core leader of McKinsey North American insurance practice and our Digital Strategy service line globally. In addition, I'm the founder of McKinsey's Digital 2020 and Digital Quotient™ (DQ) solutions and I help companies build out their digital capabilities to deliver rapid results and sustained growth. In Financial Services, I work with global leading institutions to meet the challenges of this changing industry. I frequently contribute to industry publications and have authored several McKinsey white papers on issues confronting the insurance industry.
