Mr. Amann is the Chief Operating Officer of C3, responsible for Finance, HR, Legal, Facilities and general operations. Prior to C3, he was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of SignalDemand, a leading provider of pricing optimization software. Previously, Mr. Amann served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Siebel Systems, which he joined in 1996 and helped to grow through its sale to Oracle Corporation in 2006. Prior to Siebel Systems, Mr. Amann was a corporate attorney with the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. He earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester and a JD from the University of Michigan.
