About

Tao earned a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT. During his undergraduate years and post-graduation, Tao worked several internships with the U.S. Department of Defense, performing a variety of work from application development to open-ended research. He is currently continuing his research work in parallel graph algorithms with the Supercomputing Technologies Group at MIT in pursuit of a Masters of Engineering in Computer Science. His other interests include science fiction, terrible movies, unusual board and card games, kayaking, spelunking, rappelling, and swimming across the Charles River.
