After obtaining a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School (Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif) Nathan practiced law for three years with the international law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, during which time he advised corporations and funds on private equity and securities law. During his time at the University of Michigan Law School, Nathan served as Managing Editor for the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review, a law journal focused on promoting informed discourse about the interrelated legal, social, business, and public policy issues raised by emerging technologies. Prior to his legal studies, Nathan received a B.B.A. in Finance (Cum Laude) from the College of William and Mary. At Chicago Booth Nathan is pursuing concentrations in Strategic Management, Marketing and Finance. He currently serves as a Career Advisor, an Admissions Fellow and is Co-Chair of the West Quest group.
