About

Miriam is a UK-based user experience consultant with seven years experience. Her most recent projects at Sapient have been in healthcare, working on software to support the UK organ donation process with the National Health Service. In her previous role at Shift, Miriam was the lead experience consultant for projects including Tourism New Zealand’s Webby Award-winning website, www.newzealand.com/travel. She also enjoyed working with clients in financial services at ASB and Sovereign in New Zealand, and with the local government. Prior to Shift, Miriam formed Peace Software’s (now First Data Utilities) first User Experience team and worked on their deregulated utility billing software.
