Will is currently CEO & Co-Founder at TruEra. Based on 7+ years of research at Carnegie Mellon, TruEra provides the first AI quality management system, to help enterprises continuously explain, evaluate and monitor machine learning models. Previously, Will had a number of roles at BloomReach, a company with AI powered Digital Experience solutions for Commerce including Chief Product Officer, Chief Customer Officer and General Manager. Will was a member of two successful startups before BloomReach. He was Director of Product Management at Clearwell Systems, an Enterprise software startup focused on eDiscovery. He was a Product Manager at Juniper Networks and Netscreen, which had acquired a started called Neoteris. Will has also worked in venture capital with Advent International and consulting with The Boston Consulting Group.
