Scott currently serves as VP of Strategy & Corporate Development for Brand Affinity Technologies (BAT). Scott brings to BAT over 15 years experience in finance, corporate development, operations and strategic consulting across a wide range of industries. Scott joins BAT from Google, where as Head of Audio Partnerships he led business and corporate development activities and helped define strategic direction for all audio-related initiatives. Prior to Google, Scott was VP of Finance at dMarc Broadcasting (acquired by Google in 2006), where he was a member of senior management responsible for all finance and business analysis activities, as well as setting strategic direction for the company. Scott also helped negotiate and close the sale of dMarc to Google. Scott’s prior experience also includes financial and strategic consulting positions at Bridge Strategy Group, Tribune Company, IFC Credit Corporation, theSauce.com, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and KPMG. Scott holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a CPA.
