Vik currently is the VP of Corporate Strategy for the New T-Mobile. Previously, Vik was an independent consultant for clients such as Microsoft and X (Google) on topics related to business strategy and sustainability. Prior to that, Vik was the Head of Strategy, Business Development and Sustainability and a member of the Senior Leadership Team at REI Co-op. Prior to REI, Vik was an Associate Principal in McKinsey & Company’s Seattle Office, where he spent 8 years specializing in operations and strategy for industrial clients including automotive, aerospace, and mining. Vik has worked globally with significant time spent in the US, China, Australia, and UK. Vik's outdoor adventures include high altitude mountaineering, where in 2011 he became one of ~350 people and the first Indian American to complete the 7 Summits, summiting the tallest peak on each continent including Mt. Everest. Vik serves on multiple non-profit boards in the outdoor space.
