Kapil completed a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Wisconsin at Madison, before joining Capital One in 2003. At Capital One, he held positions of Senior Operations Analyst and Senior Manager of Operations Analysis before being named Senior Business Manager. At Chicago Booth, Kapil is pursuing concentrations in Strategy, Finance, and Economics. He is a Co-Chair of the Management Consulting Group, a member of the Corporate Management and Strategy Group and Net Impact, and a Graduate Fellow in the Admissions Office.
