Harsha is the founder and managing partner of Pickerel Management, LLC; a value-oriented investment firm. His prior professional experience includes: (1) Principal in the New York office of NSR Partners, a private-equity firm; (2) Engagement Manager in the New Jersey office of McKinsey & Company; and (3) Operations Research Consultant in the Evanston and Chicago offices of ZS Associates. Harsha’s education background includes: (a) MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University where he was awarded the Siebel Scholarship; and (b) BA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, which he attended on a scholarship awarded by the Cambridge Commonwealth Trust. Harsha is a member of Mensa.
