Laura is a Partner and Co-founder of Headway Capital, a London based private equity secondaries firm with over €200M assets under management. Headway provides liquidity to private equity investors by purchasing both limited partnership interests and portfolios of direct investments. Prior to co-founding Headway, Laura was part of the investment team at Coller Capital, a large private equity secondaries firm. Before Coller Capital, Laura invested in leveraged buyouts for Bain Capital in Boston and began her career in the Leveraged Finance Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York.
