Mark is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Datavail Corporation, a venture capital-backed database management company with operations in the U.S. and India. He is responsible for the financial management of the company, as well as legal, human resources and procurement activities. Previously, Mark was Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development with Level 3 Communications where he worked on mergers, acquisitions, equity investments, strategic alliances, divestitures, and workout agreements. Before joining Level 3 Communications, Mark worked at Delphos International, Government Property Investors, Inc., and Stephens, Inc.
