Mark is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at UIUC. He has worked at InterVarsity Press, where he developed their website and database systems. Prior, he worked at NCSA in the NLANR team. While there, he developed the widely used Iperf tool to measure network bandwidth and packet loss. He also provided training and support on optimizing applications for high-performance wide-area networks.
