Steven is currently Director of Consumer Engagement Analytics for CVS/Caremark. In his role, he is responsible for driving business results through new initaitves aimed at improving the health care outcomes for CVS/Caremark's member population. Previously Steven was a Manager at Innosight, a consulting firm founded by HBS Professor Clay Christensen. He had worked on client engagements in the IT, automotive, and health care industries. Steven has helped numerous companies capture high opportunity areas through developing processes to identify, and bring to market, novel product and service innovations.
