The Siebel Scholars program has been established at 10 of the world's most prestigious graduate schools of business and computer science. They are:

- Stanford University, Graduate School of Business
- University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business
Graduate Schools of Computer Science
- Carnegie Mellon University, School of Computer Science
- Harvard University, School of Computer Science
- Massachusetts Institute of Technology, School of Engineering
- Stanford University, School of Engineering
- University of California, Berkeley, School of Engineering
- University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, College of Engineering
Each institution received a $2.6 million endowment, the investment proceeds of which are designed to support the Siebel Scholars program at each institution in perpetuity.
